Information we receive
You may provide your name, email address, and message when contacting us. For an account, we receive your verified email address and account and session identifiers from our authentication provider, Clerk. The website does not store your password.
The investor access process collects your investor declarations and typed signature, together with the statement you accepted and the date of your declaration. Signing in alone does not grant access to the investor room.
The website and its providers use session cookies and receive technical usage information, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, and interactions with the services. These records help operate sessions and protect the website.
How we use information
We use information to operate the website, authenticate accounts, administer investor access and declarations, provide requested materials and authorized assistant connections, and respond to inquiries. We also use technical records to maintain the services, investigate errors, and prevent misuse or unauthorized access.
Service providers and Google
Hosting providers, including Hostinger, process information needed to serve the website. Authentication and mail delivery providers process information needed for account services and messages. When website emails are sent through Resend, the provider processes sender and recipient addresses, message contents, and delivery records. Email sent to our privacy and support addresses is forwarded by Spaceship to an inbox hosted by Google.
Clerk handles authentication under its own privacy policy. If you use Google sign-in when available, Clerk receives basic identity information from Google to authenticate you, such as your email address and basic profile details. Google sign-in does not grant investor access or provide access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or contacts.
This website loads its Archivo typeface through Google Fonts. Your browser sends requests to Google for font files, which disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Google's privacy policy describes Google's practices, including for Google sign-in.
Connections to your chosen assistant
If you authorize an assistant connection, the website shares requested project documents and search results with your chosen assistant provider within the access you authorize. We keep connection authorization and session records to manage that access. Your provider's own terms and privacy practices govern how the provider handles information it receives. Consider those practices before connecting an assistant or requesting restricted materials through it.
